Serviceware strengthens its position as an effective planning and analytics vendor
Again Serviceware Performance achieved brilliant customer ratings in the world's largest independent user survey of planning and budgeting software with 34 top positions and 30 leading positions in four peer groups.
BARC's The Planning Survey 22 is based on findings from the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of planning software users. A total of 1,325 people responded to the survey with 1,104 answering a series of detailed questions about their use of a product. Altogether, 19 products (or groups of products) are analyzed in detail. Serviceware Performance achieved consistently high ratings across all the KPIs (BARC key figures).
Participating for the second time in BARC’s Planning Survey, Serviceware’s effective planning and CPM platform convinced again with an outstanding set of results in several important KPIs: great vendor and implementer support, ease-of-use as well as a high customer satisfaction level.

BARC's The Planning Survey 22 examines user feedback on planning product selection and usage across 33 criteria (KPIs) including business benefits, project success, business value, recommendation, customer satisfaction, customer experience, planning functionality and competitiveness.
